Someone or something that inspires you?
I would have to say Richard Branson; he is a commercial genius and has become an entrepreneurial inspiration for many.

Your Career

Well, I joined the industry like most people, by accident. I was working as a Recruitment Consultant when I was head hunted to join a specialist agency within fenestration and that was 15 years ago.

The job you do?
Pure and simple I am a Recruitment Consultant – I love recruiting and the fenestration industry. My aim every day is to ensure the right candidates are placed with the right company in the right positions. This includes taking the time to meet Clients and Candidates whenever possible. I have an excellent team who share my passion to provide knowledge and service like no other agency.

Your greatest achievement?
Hands down my greatest achievement is raising my son Chace who the company is named after; Chace Taylor Gibson.

And your future
What would you like to do if you weren’t in this?
I have always been interested in Architecture, so starting over I would go for Architectural Design or something similar.

Particular Ambition?
