It’s all about you
Where were you born and currently live?
I am a Brummie through and through! I was born and raised in Great Barr, Birmingham and I am currently living in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield.
Your education and the subject or activity in which you excelled?
University of life! I left school with GCSE’s and I would say that I was best at Physical Education and talking.
Your favourite sports or interests?
I am a BIG football and boxing fan, I not only enjoy watching both sports but I often participate when I can.
Your biggest regret in life?
My biggest regret would not be taking the leap and starting my own business up earlier.
The temptation you can’t resist?
I am partial to the occasional Peroni.
Someone or something that inspires you?
I would have to say Richard Branson; he is a commercial genius and has become an entrepreneurial inspiration for many.
When and how you joined the industry?
Well, I joined the industry like most people, by accident. I was working as a Recruitment Consultant when I was head hunted to join a specialist agency within fenestration and that was 15 years ago.
The job you do?
Pure and simple I am a Recruitment Consultant – I love recruiting and the fenestration industry. My aim every day is to ensure the right candidates are placed with the right company in the right positions. This includes taking the time to meet Clients and Candidates whenever possible. I have an excellent team who share my passion to provide knowledge and service like no other agency.
Your greatest achievement?
Hands down my greatest achievement is raising my son Chace who the company is named after; Chace Taylor Gibson.
And your future
What would you like to do if you weren’t in this?
I have always been interested in Architecture, so starting over I would go for Architectural Design or something similar.
My ambition is to continue to strive to be the very best recruitment agency in the industry.
