We are working with the UK’s leading independent processor of High Performance and Insulated Glass Panels, who is currently recruiting for an experience Area Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will target companies within the commercial sector including fabricators, main contractors, and glazing installation companies.
The main responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing the companies current customer base whilst targeting prospective customers
- Delivering monthly/annual sales to an agreed budget
- Identifying and securing higher margin contracts
- Providing technical assistance and liaising regularly with the Internal and Estimating teams
The ideal candidate will have previous knowledge of the glass industry, a proven track record of managing customer relationships and be highly self-motivated.
This role involves working from home, visiting customer sites whilst also attending the Head Office in South Yorkshire for regular meetings. It comes with a very attractive salary package including additional benefits. Please note it is essential that applicants hold a full UK Driving licence.
