We are recruiting for a Branch Installation Manager who will be running the fitting teams for a successful and well-known retail and commercial business that install the latest in high specification energy products including windows & doors, solar products, insulation, LED lighting and boilers.
The role will involve managing all operational activities to ensure that customers enjoy a smooth, safe and timely installation, ensuring that all projects are resourced correctly and that all company procedures and policies are followed. This will include the recruitment and training of qualified fitting teams, liaising with suppliers and internal departments to manage the delivery of products to site, booking installation dates and communicating these to all parties, ensuring that Risk Assessments and Method Statements are in place and that any specialist equipment and scaffold is called off, that payments are made and any aftercare issues are actioned effectively.
Applicants will need to have a track record of managing installation teams within the home improvements and commercial building industry and should be comfortable managing multiple contracts at any one time, with good organisation and forward planning skills. You will also need to be passionate about customer care and driven by the ambition to do a great job, right first time. A Health and Safety qualification would be desirable
