Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a well known UK National window and door business based in Northamptonshire. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover either London, Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester, to promote and sell their products to trade customers within the window and door industry. The right candidate will have previous or current experience within a sales or BDM role within the trade fenestration industry.
The role:
- Maintain and nurture existing customers and growing the turnover and profitability of the business within the sales territory.
- Increasing sales activity.
- Territory management and growth.
- Working with the company CRM system and ensuring it is managed effectively for your customers.
- Working with customers to review their needs and how we can support them to achieve their business goals.
- Giving product and legislative advice/guidance to customers as and when needed.
- Liaising with marketing on product/technical information for our marketing communications.
- You will be provided with training where needed
The candidate:
- Current or previous experience within a sales or BDM role within the window and door industry
- Have knowledge of window and door products
- Experience selling products into trade businesses
- Extremely organized
- Excellent customer service skills
- Forward thinking and sales driven
- Have a full UK driving license
- Must currently reside in the UK
