Commercial Contracts Manager

Chase Taylor is Recruiting for an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join a specialist manufacturer and installer of aluminium glazing products.

Our client works with many high-profile clients nationally from various market sectors including

• Schools
• Universities
• Government buildings,
• Local authority
• Commercial retail
• Office buildings

They offer a complete package of products from slide and fold doors, aluminium windows, commercial door systems and curtain walling. 

You will be responsible for covering sites across the UK, co-ordinating your site teams to ensure the timely, safe, and profitable delivery of projects, taking contracts from pre-site through to successful hand-over. You will work closely with their manufacturing department to co-ordinate the delivery of products and materials, ensuring that sites are resourced correctly including the use of sub-contract labour and liaising regularly with clients on progress. On average you will oversee 20 live projects at one time. You will be required to visit Head Office on a regular basis but expected to travel to sites as and when required.

You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, practical flair and a managerial pragmatism. You will need experience of running commercial, aluminium glazing contracts from concept to completion.
