We are recruiting for a Community Manager for a leading supplier of smart home technology devices who is expanding their dynamic team in their head office in Rugeley, Staffordshire. This is a versatile role that requires an adaptable individual who can offer exceptional customer service and technical support.
Responsibilities include:
- Handing technical queries from consumers (trade customers and home users) regarding the setup of their smart technology remotely using smart phones or tablets.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting; ensuring customers and home users are operational and online, working with technical support staff to resolve on-site issues.
- Managing consumer orders, ensuring products are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch• Preparing demos for training sessions, ensuring products are functioning correctly.
- Set up demonstration samples, create and track accounts
- Confidently deliver smart technology presentations and technical training to customers
This position will suit someone who has excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and has strong technical knowledge and experience with smart home technology.
This is a permanent, full time position office based in Rugeley however on occasion you may be required to visit customer showrooms to assist with product demonstrations.
