A successful commercial glazing business require a Contracts Coordinator to be based from their Head Office in Essex. The role will involve carrying out tasks to ensure that each element of the contract from survey including the manufacture and installation process is planned and executed in a smooth and timely manner. You will be liaising closely with the Client and their representatives, confirming details and providing technical guidance, working with suppliers and the production and installation teams via face to face, email and over the phone to ensure that every contract runs properly.
Candidates should have a good technical understanding of aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling and must be well-organised planners who are able to take accountability for ensuring that tasks are carried out and lines of communication are maintained. A good eye for detail is essential. You should be computer literate and any experience of using bespoke glazing processing software would be a real advantage. All candidates should be excellent team players and should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
