£40,000 Per Annum
A nationwide commercial glazing company with a strong reputation within the Social Housing sector is looking to appoint an additional Contracts Manager to run contracts across Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating your site teams to ensure the timely, safe and profitable delivery of window and door replacement projects, taking contracts from pre-site through to successful hand-over. You be will working closely with their manufacturing department to co-ordinate the delivery of products and materials, ensuring that sites are resourced correctly including the use of sub-contract labour and liaising regularly with clients on progress.
You should be able to control multiple sites simultaneously, have a good understanding of commercial glazing contracts and an excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
