Chase Taylor are recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to work for a successful Glazing manufacturer and installation business based in West Bromwich.
The role will involve working with the company's Installation Department, managing calls and e-mails to and from customers and ensuring that every customer receives a high level of customer service throughout their dealings with the company. This may involve up-dating them on the progress of their installation, scheduling and confirming appointments with Fitters and Service Engineers, organising any warranty issues, following up with the factory or with suppliers and making sure that all communications are recorded and dealt with effectively using the company's system.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be highly organised with a friendly, professional manner. Previous experience of working in a busy customer care environment would be beneficial and candidates should be comfortable inputting and recording information on a computerised logging system. Candidates should be comfortable owning tasks and closing out actions to ensure that the Installation Department runs smoothly and should have a passion for continuous improvement whilst delivering on agreed Service Levels. Previous experience of working in a reactive maintenance or installation business would also be desirable but is not essential.
