If so, our client is expanding their Conservatory Customer Care Team and is looking for candidates with previous experience of working in a fast paced Customer Service role and have strong communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to problem solve technical issues.
As a member of the conservatory roofs team, you will work closely with customers within the Trade Branches as well as 3rd party clients. Supporting and managing their overall experience dealing with the department. You will actively resolve issues to support continued business improvements, analyse customer’s surveys, produce quotations and process orders whilst also sourcing suitable approved delivery solutions.
You will be joining a large team of Customer Care professionals, who work in a fast-paced, customer facing support function who have the desire to learn and develop their knowledge within this challenging yet rewarding role.
