A leading innovator in the composite door industry are currently recruiting for a Customer Service / Aftercare Coordinator to work within their busy office in the North Cheshire area.
Working within both the commercial and retail sector applicants will be allocated accounts to manage, process orders, be on hand to resolve any queries and to keep clients updated of any issues/developments with their account.
Candidate’s applying for this role must have previous experience with a Customer Service or Aftercare role ideally within the fenestration industry. Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner are essential for this role.
