A well-established home improvement company based in north west Manchester have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Assistant to join their team.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the window and door industry and experience of order processing using industry software, preferably Admin Base software; AB Initio.

You will be showroom based and act as a focal point for walk in customers; be smartly presented with an infectious personality. Accuracy and attention to detail are key for this role as you will be responsible for accurate and commercially viable placing of orders.

You will be working to set targets and must be self-motivated. Product knowledge must be kept up to date to ensure you are able to provide the correct information to customers. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong previous performance in a similar role within the same industry.
