We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Services Coordinator to join a well-established company within the fenestration industry who supply aluminium and timber doors & windows, based in Nottingham.
As the lead in Customer Services the role is to provide excellent customer service, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet customer expectations. Your duties will include resolving complaints at first line resolution where possible, escalating complaints where appropriate, maintaining record keeping of all complaints and ensuring all cases and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner. In addition you will complete Purchase Orders and send them to the relevant suppliers to obtain the correct remedial parts along with managing the Service Engineer’s diary, coordinating with customers, and completing Job Sheets for the Engineer weekly.
It is essential you have proven working experience as a Customer Service Coordinator, or Assistant Customer Services Manager ideally within the window and door industry. This role initially is maternity cover with the potential to become permanent.
