Our client, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of insulated glass units to the window industry, are looking to recruit a Customer Services Manager based in their Northampton office.
The key function is to effectively manage the day to day operations of the Customer Service department which is the primary link between the individual customers and the company. You will be responsible for the delivery, monitoring and recording of pre – determined standards of customer care to all the companies’ customers. As part of your duties you will introduce, implement and review all systems and procedures relating to internal sales, order processing and customer issues to effect greater efficiency and improve KPIs to effect continual improvement of the business. Using technical knowledge and experience you will also be required to work closely with the customers issuing prices, quotations and contract pricing.
