Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful aluminium window and door manufacturer who is looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Manager to expand their reach and increase their sales along the south coast. The right candidate will have current or recent experience selling and promoting aluminium windows and doors to the trade.
The role:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into creased business
- Develop potential clients by growing and maintain your network
- Draw up customer contracts in line with your level of authority
- Maintain CRM system on a daily basis recording key data, customer communication and diarise contracts
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to build relations and maximise opportunities
- Produce monthly sales forecast reports
- Attend company events and support customers at exhibitions
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department and participate in joint projects as required in support of the marketing and sales strategy
- Manage and deliver showroom demonstrations for customers – both organised and walk-in in line with current health and safety guidelines
- Support customers on site (installation advice) with technical advice and guidance when required
The candidate:
- Experience selling windows and doors/ home improvement products to the B2B market
- Proven experience in new business development, or lead generating sales role
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good relationship and rapport building skills
- Strong organizational skills / be able to manage own workload
- Be computer literate
- Have a full UK driving license
- Must currently reside in the UK
