Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with highly successful Window and Door Installation business who are looking to add in a level of management through appointing new position of General Manager into the business.

The Role:
This position is being brought in to help structure the business and relieve the current MD/Owner of some of the day to day duties in running the business. It will be a transitional move, over a period of time depending on the strengths of the candidate. Initially, you will look to learn the overall business and the departments that work within it. Noting and getting to grips with the way that they operate as a business. As your knowledge and confidence grows, the transition will start to begin and set responsibilities and task’s given.
The Candidate:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a background within the Window and Door industry but we would consider someone who has experience within the wider Home Improvement Industry. A ‘nothing is too much’ attitude and a willingness to get stuck into any task is needed within a small business, as no two days are the same. You will also need to possess a high level of customer service ability and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
