£22,000 to £27,000 Per Annum
Chase Taylor Recruitment are recruiting for a dedicated and pro-active home improvement Installation Co-ordinator who will be responsible for planning and scheduling projects and ensuring that all customers are kept informed and up-dated on the progress of their order. This will include managing any variations to the customer's original order and making sure that all information is collected and completed to ensure the smooth running of the installation process including any snagging items that may need completing.
The successful person will take ownership of the customer experience, making sure they receive excellent service throughout and that all internal and external stakeholders are co-ordinated effectively. This will involve booking in installation dates, liaising with the fitting teams and ensuring that all resources are planned correctly whilst making sure that the CRM System is kept up-dated. You will be called upon to problem solve, preferably identifying potential issues before they arise, making sure that customers are made aware and that any remedial actions are booked in and completed. You will also be monitoring KPI's and providing forecast and financial information to the Operations Manager with whom they will be working closely including any monies owed and installation progress reports.
As well as being an excellent planner and organiser with first class communication skills, the ideal person should have an understanding of the installation process of home improvement and glazing projects. The successful candidate will also need to be computer literate and be able to prioritise and organise workflows accordingly. Importantly, candidates will be comfortable taking ownership and making sure that things happen in a timely and logical fashion.
The role will be based at the company's Head Office in Oxfordshire and is offered on a F/T Mon-Fri basis. They will be joining a busy and customer focused business that has developed an excellent reputation for the quality of their products and the service they offer. They are a high-end installation business who operate on a regional basis and this role is seen as a key appointment within the Operations Team.
