Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced window and door Installation Manager to join a successful window and door business to work across London and the South East.
Our client is a successful multimillion pound business who has been trading for over 20 years, manufacturing and installing windows, doors and conservatories for the commercial and retail sectors.
The right candidate will have current or recent experience as a window and door installation manager within retail, managing multiple teams and is happy to travel to site on a daily basis.
The role:
- Being first point of contact for customers and clients
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of 6 retail installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Liaise directly with clients, providing updates and resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain strict health and safety standards across all installations.
- Train and develop installation teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring efficiency and productivity are maximised.
- Oversee stock levels, ordering materials, and managing equipment for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
The candidate:
- Have current/recent experience as a window and doors Installation Manager, managing multiple teams
- In-depth knowledge of window and door installation processes, with a keen eye for detail
- Be performance driven, innovative and organised
- Have good knowledge of building regulations
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident in making decisions based on a sound knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Have a UK driving license and a willingness to travel
