To co-ordinate the timely and successful installation of home improvement products that will include windows, doors, conservatories and driveways. To ensure that each job is adequately resourced with suitably qualified fitters and that products are scheduled to arrive on site in time to carry out the work. The post-holder will be the point of contact for customers and will be required to visit sites to ensure that work is being carried out correctly and within Health & Safety Guidelines. The role will need somebody who is able to multi-task, who is able to prioritise and is able to thrive in a busy fast-paced environment.
Applicants should have previous experience of supervising installation projects within the home improvement market-place and ideally a good knowledge of UPVC and aluminium glazing products. Experience of planning and co-ordinating site operations to include the implementation of Health & Safety control measures is also required to carry out the role effectively. Applicants will also need to be able to produce progress reports, complete audits and all relevant paperwork is an accurate and timely manner to include the use of computer software packages.
