£40,000 to £45,000 Per Annum
A quality driven and well-established domestic and commercial glazing company that carry out bespoke home improvements throughout Greater London, Essex and the South East are currently recruiting for an experienced Installations Manager.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing installation teams, preferably within the domestic market. They will also have a technical understanding of bi-fold door systems as well as aluminium windows and all candidates should have excellent planning and organisation skills. The role will oversee and co-ordinate the installation of uPVC and aluminium doors, windows and roof lanterns.
As Installation Manager you will be responsible for managing your fitting teams and ensuring that each project is co-ordinated efficiently both in terms of labour and materials. You will be responsible for making sure that all Health & Safety control measures and procedures are put in place and that all staff are trained and skilled to carry out the work safely and correctly. You will be the point of contact for customers regarding their home improvement installation and managing any aftercare issues that may arise from time to time. You will be working closely with other departments including production and will be working between site and the office to ensure a smooth installation process each time. The role will be based out of their main production facility in Romford, Essex.
The successful person will need to be an experienced glazing Installations Manager with a good knowledge of FENSA and Building Regulations. You will need to have a professional, friendly approach with a good eye for detail and preferably an NVQ level 3 or similar qualification. The role will require frequent travel throughout the area so a full UK driving licence will also be required.
