£45,000 to £60,000 Per Annum
We have an excellent opportunity for a National Sales Manager to join a market leading system and service provider of polymer based solutions into the construction industry. Specifically focussing on large kitchen and office furniture manufacturers and distributors across the UK, with the majority being based across the M62 corridor.
This role is to service and manage large corporate accounts and nurture existing client relationships. You will analyse operational trends and take corrective action to ensure high levels of performance and customer service are achieved. Liaising with distributors and clients as required, supplying product information, training and support whilst also identifying additional sales opportunities and revenue streams through new product development and introductions to meet customer’s future needs and demands.
The main route will be through Procurement Teams and Buyers primarily, however, this position will also highly benefit from the development of additional customer relationships including those in Technical and Production divisions.
The ideal candidate will be commercially and financially astute as they will be fully responsible for cost analysis and profit and loss whilst supporting sales and operations to achieve the division's objectives and meet organisational expenditure requirements.
This senior role oversees and manages an existing sales team, comprising of 2 field sales and 4 internal sales members. Therefore it is essential that the successful candidate possess previous people management experience.
You will represent the company at key events, functions, seminars and business meetings as well as assisting with the development of product support initiatives from initial launch to successful market positioning and implementation as required.
