Our client is one of the UKs leading glass suppliers and processors of glass products in the UK. They specialise in bespoke single and high-end glass processing, laminate glass and Insulated Glass Units. They have an exciting opportunity to join their office team in Corby as an Office Administrator. 

Role & Responsibilities:

The key responsibility is to support the sales team and offer exceptional level of customer service and professionalism.  

Key Tasks Include:

  • Servicing the needs of existing customers 
  • Processing orders 
  • Assisting the external sales team with appointments and leads
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
  • Produce pricing and quotations
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Resolving or directing customer enquiries efficiently to maintain an exceptional level of customer service
  • Providing an exceptional level of after sales support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Working closely with other departments to support and assist when required
  • Following marketing leads and enquiries generated 
  • Maintaining a good working knowledge of the business’ product portfolio
  • Actively explore opportunities for improved processes and procedures 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and telephone skills, experience of processing orders and data entry, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a collaborative work environment. Experience within the glass, window or door industry is essential. The working hours are Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 3pm.
