We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a window and door company, running their busy office in the Romford area. 

The successful applicant will be expected to manage the day to day running of a busy office including managing staff, organising fitters, dealing with trade and domestic customers, both over the phone and face-to-face. Deliver high performance culture via KPI’s that drives results and values high levels of customer service and staff performance, resulting in the achievement of annual targets. Agree and manage all costs in line with budget; including maintaining stock control via effective purchase ordering and returns management. Perform other related duties and special projects when required

Applicants must be an experienced manager with the ability to communicate across all levels and have knowledge of the double-glazing industry. You must be well organised with a good telephone manner and able to prioritise their workload, handle challenging requirements and achieve set goals well ahead of deadlines. A working knowledge of Business Micros would be ideal.
