Salary:£20,000 to £25,000 Per Annum
Our client is currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Order Processing Administrator to join their team. Applicants must be professional, well organised, have attention to detail and offer exceptional customer service. Based in Telford our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of uPVC products. The ideal candidate will have previously worked within the window and door industry however candidates from wider manufacturing industries will be considered.
- Processing all orders from key accounts
- Liaising with suppliers
- Raising purchase orders
- Checking of supplier order confirmation to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining records of proof of delivery
- Dealing with technical queries
- Assisting the aftersales process
Candidates must have:
- Order processing accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good numeracy skills and computer literacy with experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previously worked within an order processing / sales role.
- Ability and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
This is a full time position Mon – Fri 8:30am-5pm and is office based.
