Order Processor

We are working with a leading supplier in the UK fenestration industry, specializing in the supply and installation of high-quality windows, doors, and associated products. With a commitment to quality and exceptional customer service, they aim to deliver excellence in every order. They are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process orders for windows, doors, and related fenestration products, ensuring all specifications are met
• Collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and suppliers to clarify order details and resolve any discrepancies
• Utilize industry-specific software (e.g., Window Designer, LogiKal, Business Micros, Evolution) to input and track orders
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
• Maintain thorough records of all orders, revisions, and communications
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the order process
• Assist in quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in order processing within the fenestration industry (windows, doors, and/or glazing preferred)
• Proficiency with order processing software, especially within the fenestration sector (experience with LogiKal, Business Micros, Window Designer, Business Micros or similar is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
