Our client, based in South Wales, is looking for an experienced Order Processor to join their existing team, offering an excellent remuneration package. 

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation and control of customer orders to ensure that each one is processed accurately and in a timely fashion. You must be able to interpret drawings and covert into quotes, deal with customer enquiries, check information with the Technical Department, deal with suppliers on non-standard items and liaise closely with the Operations, Finance and Sales Teams throughout the life cycle of orders including dispatch. You will also be expected to support the team in other administrative duties as required. 

Experience of working in a busy Double Glazing/ Fenestration processing department is essential along with experience working on fenestration software systems such a Window Designer and/or Business Micros. A positive attitude and a passion for customer service will be required as will the willingness to own issues and take accountability. You should also be a good team player who is prepared to ask questions. Training and support will be provided but it is essential you have previous experience of working on a system such as Window Designer and/or Business Micros.
