Order Processor

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a well-established window and door company who are looking to recruit an experienced window and door order processor. The right candidate will have current or recent experience order processing windows and doors, you must also have experience using order processing software such as, Windows Designer, Evolution, Business Micros, etc. 

The role:

• 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
• Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
• Answering customer/clients enquiries, estimating quotes
• Placing orders
• Gathering information for quotes for jobs
• Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
• Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
• Assist with admin duties as required
• Provide excellent customer service

The candidate:

• Have current or recent experience order processing upvc windows and doors.
• Must be able to use order processing systems such as Window Designer, Business Micros, etc.
• Have an excellent attention to detail
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Be able to manage own workload
• Must currently reside in the UK
