Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently looking to recruit for an experienced window and door Order Processor to work for a well-established window and door manufacturer and supplier of windows, doors, and conservatories.
The role:
- Processing customer orders
- Checking for anomalies on customer's orders and liaising with the relevant customers for any amendments
- Assisting customers with help & advice regarding potential orders / quotes
- Processing customer quotations and feed back to customer
- Checking for errors or misinterpretations on quotes and liaising with customer to advise and amend
- To ensure that agreed levels of accuracy and efficiency are delivered to customers and internal departments, in the planning and processing of customer orders
- To ensure all orders are processed to agreed lead times and levels of accuracy
The candidate:
- Have experience with order processing systems
- Be able to manage own workload
- Have current or previous experience order processing within the window and door industry
- Be able to understand surveying documents
- Have excellent communication skills
