Part Time Order Processor

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with window and door installation experts who are looking for a part-time order processor to join their team.

Our client has over 20 years of experience in the industry, supplying and fitting aluminium and upvc windows and doors for the domestic market. They are known for their excellent working environment and customer care experience. 

The right candidate for this role will have current or previous experience of order processing windows and doors using industry specific software such as windows designer, business micros etc.

The role responsibilities:

• 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
• Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
• Placing orders on the order processing system
• Gathering information for quotes for jobs
• Answering incoming calls and assisting the customers with quotes or directing them to the correct department/person
• Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
• Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
• Assist with admin duties as required
• Provide excellent customer service

Candidates Skills & Experience:

• Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors
• Have experience using order processing software, window designer or similar software
• Be able to manage own workload
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Computer literate and good telephone manner
• Must currently reside in the UK
