Chase Taylor Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Aluminium Production Manager to join a well-respected supplier of high quality Aluminium Windows, Doors & Bi-folds in the Hertfordshire area.
The main duties are to manage and control the manufacturing area, manage labour and material requirements and ensure the efficient use of company resources to meet the business plan.
It is essential the successful candidate has experience planning and exceeding production targets and KPI’s including OTIF, operating within planned/budgeted cost levels, ensuring materials are available at point of use and that your team is efficiently utilised.
You must have a proven, successful background in Window and door production and management and be able to lead from the front.
