Production Planner

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced window and door Production Planner to join a successful window and door business in Essex.

Our client, who manufactures UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors and has been operating for over 20 successful years, building a great reputation within the industry and local area for their quality and service. 

The right candidate for this role with have current or recent experience working within production planner role within the window and door industry.

Role responsibilities: 

• Plan production operations and monitor supply and demand requirements.
• Source raw materials and allocate inventory for work orders.
• Communicate effectively with various departments about production updates and shortages.
• Review production capacity and schedule jobs for efficiency.
• Attend production review meetings and track progress.
• Resolve production issues and ensure final products meet specifications.
• Manage job discrepancies and exceptions for accurate stock control.

Candidate key requirements:

• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
• Previous experience as a Production Planner with supply and demand knowledge.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Be computer literate
• Must currently live in the UK and a commutable distance to Ilford
