Are you an experienced Purchasing Assistant looking to join a forward thinking family owned glazing company that is very successful and offers a wide range of quality glazing products?
As a Purchasing Assistant applicants will work as part of a team to ensure that the process of installing high specification Glazing Home Improvement Projects runs smoothly. Applicants will co-ordinate the product orders from post survey to manufacture sign-off, working with the Installation Department on scheduling each project. The role will be based from the company's Head Office in Berkshire and offers a great chance to establish yourself and grow your career with a highly respected and expanding high end fenestration business.
Candidates applying for this role must have previous experience in a purchasing role and ideally have window industry experience. Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task will be essential along with a good telephone manner and experience of working in a customer service role. Candidates will also need a keen eye for detail and confident IT skills. Experience of processing window, door and conservatory orders using a bespoke order processing system would be ideal.
