Established for over 11 years Chase Taylor Recruitment is a leading Fenestration Recruiter. From windows through to hardware and everything in between - we pride ourselves on being a specialist in our industry.
We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a background in the fenestration or construction industries.
You will be working closely with the current team to accomplish business objectives, building strong relationships with clients and candidates and continuing to develop the Chase Taylor network.
The role:
- Manage the recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates through networking, advertisements, and headhunting
- Evaluating candidates and providing clients CVs within a timely manner.
- Maintaining communication at all stages with both candidates and clients.
- Networking and maintaining relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities.
- Maintaining records and updating notes within the in-house CRM system
- Providing progress reports
- Represent Chase Taylor at industry events and exhibitions.
This is a fantastic opportunity that will suit an ambitious and motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career. This is an office-based role in Cannock, within easy access to the motorway.
On offer is a very competitive salary coupled with an attractive, uncapped commission scheme with an OTE of £55,000+.
