We have any excellent opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee and lead a network of 10 Trade Branches across Central England and the South West that supply uPVC building products. The main duties of this position are to provide effective operational management and control of multiple branches in order to achieve targeted operating costs, health & safety and the long term well-being of the business.

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing your team of Branch Managers to drive sales, growth and profit, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance across your region whilst driving the operational performance. 

You will also be responsible for your regions performance against company KPI targets, ensure development of the customer service and management of the branches, ensure daily rolling stock checks are completed within the branches and undertake bi-annual internal audits within the branches as per company requirements. 

This position would suit someone who has a strong track record in depot / branch management within the building or industrial supplies who is self-motivated, target orientated, proactive in approach and has great commercial acumen.
