My client is a very successful window, door and curtain walling company that trade across both the domestic and commercial markets. Due to gaining further contracts and expanding their reactive division, they are looking to recruit a response coordinator to assist the daily tasks of running the growth response maintenance and glazing contracts.
You must have worked within the Window and Door industry before, ideally within a Service Engineer/Surveyor capacity.
You will be the first point of contact for the client base so will need to be able to liaise within a professional manner and handle complaint/concerns in an appropriate way whilst finding solutions/answers. You will also be required to carry out site surveys.
