Sales Administrator

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a busy window and door installer who are known for their excellent customer service and great working environment. They are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their growing team to meet the demands of the market.

The role:

• Arrange bookings and confirm sales appointments
• Allocate and confirm sales appointments with relevant sales personnel
• Be first point of contact, deal with customer / client enquiries
• Assist sales manager with customer correspondence
• Prepare sales quotations and supporting documents
• Obtain quotes from suppliers
• Assist with invoice preparation, return to sales and finance documentation
• Keep the CRM database up to date
• Working days are Mon to Wed 9am to 6pm, Thurs 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9am to 4.30pm
• Training will be provided where needed

The candidate:

• Have experience as a window and door customer service/quote processor
• Have previous experience within an administrative role in the fenestration or home improvement industry
• Excellent customer service skills is paramount
• Be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office CRM
• Have good telephone manner
• Be able to work in a team and manage own workload
• Have excellent organisational skill and time management skills
• Must currently reside in the UK
