We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator who will be supporting the sales function of a leading and very professional glazing manufacturer and supplier. The successful candidate will provide administrative support on the processing of orders and will be the point of contact for all sales enquiries that come in from members of the public. This will include face to face, e-mail and telephone communications, ensuring that all contact is logged and dealt with in an effective and timely manner. The role will involve using the company's CRM / database system and specialist glazing processing software. In addition, the post-holder will be helping with and following up on quotations, ensuring that all paperwork is raised and filed in line with company procedures. They will also be advising on the company's products and services when asked along with carrying out other general administrative tasks as and when required.

The position would suit somebody who is organised, task orientated and proactive. The successful person will need to have good general IT skills, be a confident communicator and must be passionate about providing excellent customer care. There will be training on their glazing software systems along with their products but is it essential that this person is willing to learn new skills and should have an aptitude for interpreting technical information. They will also need to be detail conscious whilst being able to multi-task at the same time.
