An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales Manager who will be managing a small team of experienced Sales Consultants. The company is a family owned Installation Business based in Buckinghamshire that supply and install the latest glazing and Home Improvement products within their localised catchment area. They have a well-equipped showroom and receive a lot of their business through referrals and recommendations.
The role will involve managing your team to achieve revenue and margin targets in line with budgets. As well as co-ordinating day-to-day sales activities you will also play an integral part in determining the strategic sales direction of the company. The role will require you to be ahead of the curve on markets trends, new products and competitor activity to ensure the company stay one step ahead. You will be coming up with and implementing new sales & marketing campaigns including the use of digital and social media formats. You will be expected to ensure the smooth and safe running of the Showroom and you will be the point of escalation for customer sales enquiries. You will responsible for ensuring that customers receive an excellent, consultative and professional service throughout their customer journey whilst generating and converting sales leads.
You will need to be a skilled manager of people and must have a good knowledge of the Home Improvement Industry already, ideally including windows, doors and conservatories. You should have a thorough understanding of the sales process within a B2C installation business and have a flair for marketing. In addition, excellent organisational and planning skills will be required with the ability to take a step back and see the bigger picture whilst ensuring all day to day sales activity is managed effectively and efficiently.
The role will be based at the company's Head Office and comes with an attractive remuneration package.
