We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Manager to work for a forward thinking and expanding fenestration hardware business that has an excellent range of approved products.
They are able to design, manufacture and test new products to meet the specification of their customers as well as call upon their extensive catalogue that includes Secured By Design Items. They cater to the trade and work closely with system houses and fabricators across the country and now wish to appoint an additional Technical Sales Manager to promote and sell their products.
The successful person will be managing an existing and well-established client base, introducing new products and maximising cross-selling opportunities as well as developing new trade accounts. You will be managing your own diary and will be expected to generate your own appointments that will include carrying out demonstrations when needed. You will be working to agreed sales targets and this is a field based role covering the South East.
The successful candidate will need to be technically minded and should be familiar with fenestration hardware products. You should have a demonstrable successful track record within B2B sales and ideally have a good understanding of the window and door fabrication network. Also, a good knowledge of working on fire-rated products and the legislation surrounding it would also be highly advantageous.
Candidates should also have excellent communication and presentation skills and must be passionate about offering customers excellent levels of service being their point of contact for technical and logistical enquiries. You must be highly organised and comfortable using CRM Systems to report and log information, orders and leads. It is envisaged that candidates will already live on patch within Greater London and a full UK driving licence is essential.
