We are recruiting for a Technical Sales Manager to cover the South East who would like to work for an established, family run company that have recently invested in their aluminium business as part of their strategic growth plan. 

They provide a wide range of both aluminium and PVC-u glazing products to retail customers in their local catchment area and also to the trade on a national basis. With excellent technical, logistic and sales support, they now wish to recruit on their trade side within the South East. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing new customers on board and developing strong customer relationships in line with sales targets. They will be responsible for making their own appointments, negotiating and closing sales and providing technical advice and support to customers. The role will involve B2B sales and the successful person will be working from home with extensive travelling across your territory. The role reports into a National Trade Sales Manager who will be on-hand to support and guide you.

To be considered you will need to have previous trade sales experience, ideally within the Fenestration / Glazing industry and will need to be based within the South East. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of generating new business sales and providing excellent levels of service to existing customers including, the ability to maximise sales from existing accounts. A good understanding of aluminium glazing systems would be advantageous and the successful person will need to comfortable with a solutions, technical based approach to sales. A full UK driving licence is essential.
