We are recruiting for an ambitious Sales Negotiator able to listen and recommend glazing solutions based on the customer's requirements. Joining the team of a well-established supplier of windows, doors and rooflights, based in Hertfordshire.
This role will be based from a well-equipped and modern showroom and will involve meeting and greeting retail customers, listening to ascertain their needs, interpreting technical information and then demonstrating and recommending suitable products options. You will be involved with pricing and processing orders using bespoke software and working with the Surveying and Marketing teams.
Candidates must have previous sales experience and a knowledge of glazing products including a technical appreciation for product selection and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings. You must have excellent customer service and presentation skills. You will need to be able to use computers for inputting information and pricing purposes and should be commercially aware. A demonstrable track record of converting enquiries into sales using a consultative, solutions based approach would be highly desirable.

The role is 5 days per week that will include 2 Saturdays per month and there is a basic salary on offer along with a generous bonus scheme that will offer a high earning potential.
