A well-established window, door & conservatory company based in Berkshire are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to work closely with their Service and Installation Department and co-ordinate warranty issues. 

This role will involve communicating with customers over the phone and by e-mail and co-ordinating any appropriate remedial action with the Service Engineers. You will be responsible for checking and up-dating records on the systems, booking diaries and logging service reports, the ordering of any service parts and the correct application of any charges including the handling of payments.

The role requires somebody with excellent customer service skills, who can take ownership of aftersales issues and enjoys organising. You must be professional and polite at all times and an understanding of Double Glazing products would be extremely desirable.
