We have an exciting opportunity to join a large Window & Door Manufacturer as a Site Administrator. The role will be based in their Gateshead Branch and will involve dealing with trade customers, processing orders, resolving issues, providing product advice and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. The role is offered on a fixed term basis until the end of December 2019 and the working hours will be 8am - 4:30 pm Mon-Fri.

Previous experience of working in the UPVC glazing sector would be highly advantageous as the role will include providing technical support to customers and ensuring that all information is correct prior to processing their orders. Experience of working on a trade counter or in a busy customer services environment would also be helpful and applicants should be confident using computers. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.

The company is a large well-established business who are expanding their operation and whilst this role is to cover maternity leave other opportunities may present themselves in the future based upon successful completion of the contract.
