We are recruiting for an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join a company who offers sustainable, smart and reliable Building Product Solutions including, heating and sewage systems, storm water management, plumbing, heating and cooling systems.
This role will see you be responsible for promoting and gaining specifications for the companies Building Solutions products. Your activity will be focused towards the key decision makers involved with large building projects in London and the South East. You will be responsible for increasing sales along with ensuring regular planning and reporting is provided on all projects. Your main activity will involve increasing awareness of the company’s brand and Building Solutions products within the London and South East area.
The ideal candidate will have the relevant product and market knowledge in the Building Solutions industry in London, along with a proven track record of gaining specifications for large projects. You will have the ability to develop relationships at all levels in the market sector, recognise and exploit new market opportunities. You will have a structured approach to the role, be an excellent communicator, well organised with honed presentation skills, as well as experience of carrying out CPDs.
