Trade Counter Manager

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for a successful window and door business who is looking to recruit an experienced Trade Counter Manager to manage their window and door trade counter in Northwich.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience within the upvc and aluminium window and door market as a Trade counter branch manager/supervisor.

The role:

• Drive sales and oversee budgets
• Motivate team to deliver great customer service and achieve great results
• Manage the day to day operations 
• Pricing enquiries, processing orders, managing stock levels
• Merchandising and marketing the branch
• Maintaining the yard and dealing with logistics

The candidate:

• Proven experience in running a trade counter
• Strong product knowledge of upvc windows and doors
• Ability to manage a team and empower them to maximise the potential of the branch
• Target driven with sales focus
• Strong relationship skills with customers and suppliers
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
