Trade Counter Supervisor

Chase Recruitment are exciting to be working with one of the UKs leading fenestration trade counters. They are looking to recruit an experience trade counter mate to join their growing team. The right candidate will have current or recent experience working in a trade counter that sells window and door supplies.

The role:

• Drive sales and aim to hit targets
• Deal with customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
• Maintain stock
• Supervise and motivate team to deliver great customer service and achieve great results
• Pricing enquiries, processing orders, managing stock levels
• Merchandising and marketing the branch
• Maintaining the yard and helping manager with logistics

The candidate:

• Proven experience in working in a trade counter
• Product knowledge of windows and doors
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Target driven with sales focus
• Strong relationship skills with customers and suppliers
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
