If you have an excellent attitude to customer service, an eye for detail and have knowledge of aluminium glazing products we are currently recruiting for a Trade Sales Administrator based in West Yorkshire.
Office based, you will be supporting the Trade Sales Manager to process orders and submit prices to customers. You will be liaising closely with customers as well as internal teams to track orders, provide any up-dates when necessary and ensure that all paperwork, including any variations, is completed and agreed in advance of manufacturing. Once orders have been signed off you will be responsible for collecting deposits and up-dating the system. Your role will include participating in any relevant internal meetings and helping to attend to any showroom visitors providing them with a polite and professional service.
Applicants should have the ability to work well as part of a team whilst being able to take accountability for their own tasks to make sure that orders are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Experience of using a bespoke glazing pricing and processing system such as Logikal, V6, Business Micros or First Degree is desirable and all applicants should be able to work pro-actively to spot and resolve any potential problems or issues before manufacture. Applicants should have professional communication skills including by e-mail, over the phone or face-to-face and should be eager to learn new skills and play an important part in the successful running of the day-to-day operations.
