Chase Taylor are currently seeking a Training and Technical Manager to join a high-profile, small and friendly team who work closely with Aluminium System Houses, Fabricators and Installation Businesses nationwide.

This is an exciting opportunity that will involve providing bespoke training programmes and technical support to companies across the UK along with some European travel, ensuring that the organisation is on-hand at all times to represent and promote it's client's best interests. 

You will oversee, promote and increase engagement with the Organisation's one day Curtain Walling Essential Knowledge Course and work with the Training Committee to develop further training courses including the development of new Training and Technical based member benefits.  

You will also be the focal point for any technical enquiries raised by clients via e-mail or telephone, ensuring that guidance notes and documents accurately reflect the organisation’s position and the latest information for members. This will include attending and participating on working groups and committees in the UK and Europe to defend member interests, feeding back and providing assistance. Another important function of the role will be to develop workshops, meeting and conference themes, sourcing speakers and engaging with members whilst promoting schemes set-up and developed by the Organisation.

To apply for this high-profile role, you should have experience of fenestration within a factory / site environment with a technical knowledge of either fabricating, designing or installation of aluminium curtain walling, windows and doors. The ability to, and preferably experience of, developing and delivering engaging fenestration training is desirable along with confident presentation skills and excellent attention to detail. All applicants will need to have proven planning, organisational and time management skills along with good computer and database skills. In addition, you should be able to work in a structured organisation within company policies and procedures and be able to professionally represent the organisation at all times.
