Chase Taylor are recruiting for a Training and Support Co-ordinator who will largely be working from home to provide support and advice to a customer base consisting of Window & Door Installation Companies that use this company's system to track and process orders.
You will be taking calls and responding to e-mails helping customers to use the system and get the most from it. It could be they are struggling to raise an invoice or run a report and your role will be to show them how. Applicants will receive training on the ins and outs of the system which will mean sometime spent learning the system initially from one of two offices that the company has before being home based. It will also involve occasional site visits to customer’s offices to provide set up and ad-hoc training on the system to Users.
Applicants will ideally have some previous knowledge and experience of working for an installation business to help understand what type of actions the customer wants to carry out in relation to their business needs. You should have excellent communication skills including face-to-face and by phone and e-mail and must be well-organised with a strong commitment to following up enquiries and delivering excellent customer care at all times. All applicants will need to be confident using computers and should be able to demonstrate remotely how to carry out tasks with a patient and consultative approach.
