What You’ll Do:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across key industries.
- Develop and nurture relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Promote precision-engineered metal components to existing and potential clients.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling technical sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to expand reach.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in business development within manufacturing, engineering, or precision components.
- Strong technical understanding of die casting, metal injection moulding, or related processes.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer-focused solutions.
- Experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or industrial clients.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
